Ozello Shrimper is proud to announce that we offer shipping for all of our products. During the checkout process, be sure to select your shipping options and we will ship out your product, usually within one to two business days.
At present, we offer USPS Parcel Post for shipping. It is the cheapest and easiest method at the current time and ensures proper handling of our equipment. Should you desire a different shipping service, please notify us after your purchase and we will invoice you for the difference. Any costs will be your responsibility.
At present, all Ozello Shrimper Shrimping Equipment is manufactured by hand comes and comes with no warranty, expressed or implied. While we will make painstaking efforts to utilize the best materials and processes to ensure the quality of the product that we produce, we cannot offer any formal warranty or return policy on the equipment we offer for sale.
This said, some of our equipment is manufactured by third parties and may carry warranty protection beyond the scope listed here. Please consult the manufacturers packaging for more information.
Our experience has been that, like most high quality fishing tackle, users who exercise proper care and maintenance of their equipment will enjoy many shrimping seasons of problem free operation of their gear. Abuse of the equipment can and will lead to degredation and loss of performance and usablility. As a result, we cannot anticipate the different treatments that our users will adopt with our equipment.
If an item is backordered, we will give you the opportunity to express your preference to continue the purchasing process or cancel your order. Should you desire to cancel your order, we will reimburse your purchase price immediately and cheerfully.
