She is an East Coast captain who runs a free shrimping blog. She sells some of the best top of the line LED based submersible lights in the country too. Her forum has a wealth of information and some fantastic members who can help you out.
We can't claim to be the expert of all things shrimping but we can certainly do our best to point you to the answers and be the best of knowing where to find all things related to shrimping.

Interesting site - glad the east coasters are on it!
From what I can tell from browsing the notes, sounds like they drop large florescent/LED lights into the channel from an anchored boat and then use large dip nets, some with interesting designs, to dip net the shrimp as they migrate out of ICW/estuaries into the Atlantic. I couldn't see where anyone talked about yields, but I imagine that it can be quite large, and perhaps they're catching more of the larger white shrimp due to the average depth of the water they're shrimping in. Interesting articles - and Capn Lee Noga appears to be an interesting lady!
