  • Shrimping Spots

Welcome to the Ozello Shrimper Recreational Shrimping locations mapping system. Using Google Maps and Google Earth, we have created maps of areas where recreational shrimpers can find shrimp during different times of year.  At present, we base our information on our personal experiences and known areas that are productive, as well as input through our public contributions page.

Our maps are organized by geographic region within the State of Florida.  As of the launch of this system, we mainly have data within the Central West region of Florida (Tampa Bay.)  We plan on adding more locations and information as we fully develop this site and hope that you will contribute your knowledge through the contributions page noted above.  Please feel free to add locations anywhere in the world.  If you are recreationally shrimping somewhere and want to share, feel free.

The requirements to use this mapping system are a broadband internet connection.  Cable internet connections are preferred but a high speed DSL connection should work fine.

If you are a recreational shrimping friendly business that would like to appear in the Ozello Shrimper map, please feel free to contact us.
