Who would have imagined just a few years ago that video would rapidly become as popular as it has on the internet today.  Internet connections were miserably slow, file sizes were massive and the price of bandwidth was extremely high.  Not to mention that there were no real standards in place or any accessible way for normal people to use it!

Times have certainly changed.  File sizes are still big but not nearly close to the sizes they used to be.  The formats have generally been standardized and people are surfing the web at much higher speeds.  Bandwidth is still expensive but much easier to deal with thanks to services like YouTube.

We are quickly realizing that more and more of our content is video.  You can imagine that takes its toll.  So, we decided to do what a lot of people are doing - let someone else pay for it.  That someone else is YouTube.  Thanks to their free services, we will be able to provide access to our own collection of videos as well as those from other recreational shrimpers like you.  Check us out at our YouTube channel and send us your favorite shrimping videos.  You may see them on our site!
