Breakfast Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Florida milk
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 pound Florida shrimp, peeled
  • 3 tablespoons Florida leek, sliced
  • 1 Florida garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup Florida grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup white cheddar cheese, softened

Preparation

  1. In small mixing bowl, whip eggs with milk, salt and pepper; set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the shrimp, leek, garlic and tomatoes in butter for 3-5 minutes, until shrimp are pink.
  3. Pour in eggs and cheese and scramble to desired firmness, stirring constantly.
