- 2 1/2 pounds Florida rock shrimp, split and deveined
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Lemon Butter Sauce (see below)
Preparation
- Lay rock shrimp flat on a broiler pan with meat exposed.
- Baste with margarine
- Sprinkle with salt, white pepper and paprika.
- Broil 4 inches from source of heat for 2 minutes or until meat is opaque.
- Serve with Lemon Butter Sauce.

6 servings.
Lemon Butter Sauce
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Florida lemon juice
Preparation
- Combine butter and lemon juice
- Heat thoroughly
