Fort Desoto Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Spiral, multicolor macaroni
  • 1 Small Jar Pimentos (those red things in stuffed olives), including juice
  • 1 – 3 pieces of Celery, sliced
  • 1 Jar Vinegrette and Oil Salad Dressing (I like Paul Newman’s, but others are great too)
  • 1 – 2 Pounds Shrimp
  • Old Bay ™ to taste

Preparation

  1. Boil macaroni (don't overcook)
  2. Slice celery
  3. Steam and peel shrimp; slice in half lengthwise (Optional)
  4. Dump all ingredients together in a Tupperware; seal, and rotate container to mix
  5. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve

      Yield

      6-10 servings
