AHooray for pineapple! Hooray for shrimp! This salad rocks the classic savory pair, and OLD BAY® is the spice that brings it all together. More please!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon OLD BAY® Seasoning OLD BAY® Seasoning , divided
  • 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/3 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup red onion, chopped
  • lettuce, your choice

Preparation

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to boil. Add shrimp and 1 teaspoon OLD BAY. Cover. Cook 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Drain.
  2. Mix shrimp, remaining 2 teaspoons OLD BAY and next 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Cover.
  3. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  4. Serve on a bed of lettuce.

Makes 4 (3/4-cup) servings.
