Shrimp Pronto

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 3-ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped Florida green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped Florida celery
  • 1/4 cup sliced onion
  • 1 1/2 pounds peeled and deveined Florida shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Preparation

  1. Melt butter in a skillet on medium-high.
  2. Add mushrooms, pepper, celery and onion; cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp and pepper sauce and cook until shrimp are opaque in the center.
  4. Serve immediately with rice or pasta.
