- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 3-ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped Florida green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped Florida celery
- 1/4 cup sliced onion
- 1 1/2 pounds peeled and deveined Florida shrimp
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Preparation
- Melt butter in a skillet on medium-high.
- Add mushrooms, pepper, celery and onion; cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add shrimp and pepper sauce and cook until shrimp are opaque in the center.
- Serve immediately with rice or pasta.
