IngredientsShrimp Rosa Salad

  • 1 1/2 pounds cooked Florida shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 16-ounce can red beans, drained
  • 1 cup chopped palm hearts
  • 1/2 cup chopped Florida green bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped Florida yellow bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped Florida almonds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • Florida salad greens

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Chill for at least 2 hours and serve with salad greens.
