Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds cooked Florida shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 16-ounce can red beans, drained
- 1 cup chopped palm hearts
- 1/2 cup chopped Florida green bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped Florida yellow bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped Florida almonds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- Florida salad greens
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients.
- Chill for at least 2 hours and serve with salad greens.
