- 1 1/2 pounds Florida Pink shrimp
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white peppers
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation
- Peel and devein shrimp.
- Pat dry with paper towels and set aside.
- Combine paprika, garlic, salt and pepper; mix well.
- Coat shrimp with seasoning mix.
- Heat vegetable oil to medium-high in a large skillet.
- Place seasoned shrimp in the hot oil in a single layer.
- Cook for about 3 minutes, and then turn each shrimp.
- Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes and stir.
- Serve immediately.
