Shrimp St. George

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds Florida Pink shrimp
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white peppers
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Peel and devein shrimp.
  2. Pat dry with paper towels and set aside.
  3. Combine paprika, garlic, salt and pepper; mix well.
  4. Coat shrimp with seasoning mix.
  5. Heat vegetable oil to medium-high in a large skillet.
  6. Place seasoned shrimp in the hot oil in a single layer.
  7. Cook for about 3 minutes, and then turn each shrimp.
  8. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes and stir.
  9. Serve immediately.
