Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Florida shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts, diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh Florida lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Florida honey
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss well to coat.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Drain and place on broiler pan.
- Broil for 3 to 4 minutes, turning as needed for even cooking, until shrimp are opaque and pineapple begins to brown.
