A smart shrimp salad tossed with fresh lemon juice, crunchy celery and tarragon comes together with just the right touch of OLD BAY® Seasoning. Truly a seafood lovers salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon OLD BAY® Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Tarragon Leaves, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • tomato or cucumber, sliced (optional)
  • aluminum foil (optional)

Directions

  1. Coat large nonstick skillet with no-stick cooking spray. Heat on medium until hot. Add shrimp.
  2. Cook 5 to 6 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Remove shrimp. Place on sheet of foil in single layer for 10 minutes to cool quickly.
  3. In a large bowl, mix celery, sour cream, lemon juice, OLD BAY and tarragon. Add in shrimp. Toss to coat, then cover. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  4. Looks delicious already, doesn’t it? Add mayo right before serving, stirring to distribute evenly.
  5. Serve on tomato or cucumber slices.
