NOAA Weather
The National Weather Service (N.O.A.A.) provides one of the most comprehensive websites out there for predicting the weather. The current link points to St. Petersburg, Florida but you can choose whatever city in the U.S. you want. In the bottom right corner of the page are option that give you the ability to view hour by hour predictions of almost all weather phenomena over a 48 hour period and experience has shown that more often than not, they are spot on.

The Weather Underground
OK, it sounds like some crazed group from the 1960's but it is an excellent site and provides a lot of top notch information drawn from all over the world. Definitely worth a look.

The Weather Channel has resources. There are a lot of advertisements and you have to sift through their golf forecasts to get what you want but they will do in a pinch.
