Captain Lee Noga is an Central East Region Florida Recreational Shrimper who plies Volusia and Brevard counties shrimping the Indian River.

Her method is different than the Ozello Shrimper and requires specialized equipment compared to the West Coast of Florida but, it is extremely interesting nonetheless.

If you are shrimping on the East Coast, her web site is virtually mandatory and is an awesome alternative to the other sites in the region that require membership fees to join.

The Internet Shrimpers and Anglers Association (ISAA) is a Florida East coast recreational shrimpers fraternal association.
